On Friday the 2nd of August, Solweb Ltd Managing Director Wayne Dix and Commercial Manager Rob Tanner, went to visit AFC Bournemouth (www.afcb.co.uk), the same day the club welcomed Italian giants Lazio F.C from the Italian premier league, Serie A, for a pre season friendly. As always, our Vitality stadium welcome was as warm as the summer weather.
Brian Benjafield (Benji) gave Wayne and Rob a stadium tour, that included all the corporate area, club bars, the stands and the dressing rooms. They were permitted to take several photo's to mark the occasion and were excited to see what goes on behind the scenes of a premiership club, a great experience!
Wayne said "It feels great to be supporting our local club, who have shown the courage, drive and committment to reach the heights of the English Premier League. At the same time we are delighted to be able to have a very visual presence in the community. It's great to be associated wthour local team, AFC Bournemouth, and we encourage other businesses to develop new partnerships with the club. We have had a great time this afternoon, thanks Benji! I'd like to wish Eddie Howe and the boys all the very best for next season and beyond."
